Curbed Seattle Features Historic Home Listed by RSIR Broker Nancy Klinck
A recent article from Curbed Seattle highlighted an estate perched on Capitol Hill. Ol’ Yeller was built to be the Boulevard Inn in 1912. The gracious home was then transformed into Elizabeth Ayer’s private residence in the 1930’s. Marked as the first woman to be a registered architect in the state of Washington, Ayer steeped the home with luxurious details and the finest craftsmanship.
